For instance, at each home showing, my client received a detailed five page report covering the property, neighborhood values, likelihood of sale, buyer trends, and local supply and demand statistics.  I provided reports for CMAs, Seller's Guide, Buyer's Guide, etc. Ask me and I'd be happy to pull these reports out to share with you.
