Responsibilities: I worked with clients and ran a data driven approach. for example, every single home showing, my client was given a 5 page  report on the home, its local neighborhood  value, odds of selling, buying patterns, Inventory Supply and Demand, etc. I also provided reports for CMAs, Seller's Guide, Buyer's Guide, etc. Ask me and I'd be happy to pull these reports out to share with you.
